MyMeals is the intelligent journal for your metabolic health, built for people who have outgrown calorie counting. Snap a photo, say what you ate, or import your camera roll, and MyMeals drafts the meal in the background, with honest ranges instead of false precision. It tracks the metrics that drive healthspan: microbiome diversity toward 30 plants a week, metabolic load (NOVA), circadian eating, protein distribution and nutrient synergies. A deterministic health engine scores every meal against strict epidemiological rules graded with the WCRF evidence framework, and a sovereign health graph calibrates to each person’s kitchen through their brands, grocery receipts and tableware.

The mark is a day dial: 24 hours starting at wake-up, with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the eating window in saffron.
